Each centre receives a minimum of 2–3 support visits per month, conducted by our multidisciplinary team including Centre Support/Ops, Marketing Specialists, and Pedagogy & Practice Mentors.

Yes. Centre Managers handle their own rosters and approve their team’s timesheets. Inspire will approve rosters, timesheets, and monitor WRA compliance. All contracts, onboarding, and key interviews (including Centre Managers, Assistant Managers, Educational Leaders, and ECTs) are managed by us, fully integrated through TANDA.

We provide 24/7 phone support. Urgent onsite assistance is available when required, and Inspire will become part of the grievance process for employee and parent complaints.

Inspire handles all onboarding once a contract request is submitted. Centre Managers manage their team’s performance reviews, while we oversee Centre Manager reviews and manage HR-related matters, including disciplinary processes.

Yes. We provide support for escalated system queries, train and upskill Centre Managers, and act as a Super Admin for all platforms. Centre Managers remain the first point of contact for families.

Inspire is listed in the grievance structure and acts on the Approved Provider’s behalf for parent complaints and queries, ensuring consistent brand representation.

Yes. We can implement your current policies or adapt to any other compliant package, ensuring everything aligns with the National Law and Regulations.

Absolutely. All documentation, communications, and systems can reflect your brand identity.

Yes. We provide recommendations, but every centre is treated as unique, there is no one size fits all approach.

Owners receive weekly reports tailored to their priorities, including financials, occupancy, wages, debtors, profit, and an operational overview of each centre.

Our multidisciplinary team conducts focused visits with checklists covering compliance and quality. Issues are addressed immediately with Centre Managers during visits.

Yes. We review each centre’s QIP, ensure ongoing contribution from staff, and act as the PMC for all centres during assessments and regulatory visits, ensuring all actions are followed up promptly.

Centre Managers conduct tours and enrolments, while Inspire monitors conversions, trains staff, and ensures effective enrolment processes.

We use your existing platforms, so you don’t need to change. Our team are well versed in a range of system such as TANDA, Storypark, Kidsoft and so much more!
